Jamila Studio was founded to fill the gap between brand marketers and millennial women of color — one of the most underrepresented, yet influential demographics. We tell stories through design, content, and experiences that speak to multicultural women rather than for them. We are a nimble team of independent strategists, empathetic creators, and social anthropologists who are as diverse as the market we serve. We'd call ourselves unicorns if we believed in them*. Meet the studio.

*Though we do think unicorns are rare and majestic creatures, we don't believe inclusive marketing campaigns should be.
