When my clients come to me they’ve usually tried a bunch of stuff on their own and found that the path to scaling a business isn’t so clear-cut. And who has time to keep Googling anyway? When it comes to growth, I’m all about the problem behind the problem and the person behind the vision. And I’ve spent 15 years on a non-traditional path as a strategist, marketing executive, operations leader, people manager, consultant, designer, writer, certified leadership coach, and former agency owner so have a unique perspective that leads to results. If you want to move from trying to make everything work at once to finding the specific thing that will set you on a growth path on your terms, I’m your coach.
My framework is simple: 1) Set your growth compass; 1) Identify your core need; 2) Choose a measurable strategy to address it; 3) Design an accountable process to achieve it.

As a holistic business coach, I touch a bit of it all. In general, our work together will be goal-focused and collaborative but we’ll take on one core business element at a time. And we won’t choose that element until we find the problem beneath the problem you’re facing. Often, it isn’t exactly what you think it is. So it helps to partner with someone who has expertise in more than one thing.

I don’t want to let money get in the way of working with a client when there is a strong fit and desire to work together.
My long-term coaching packages and strategy intensive are priced on a sliding scale. It allows clients who are currently in abundance to subsidize those who are in a period of (re)building. Investing in coaching should be stretch but not a struggle. I also offer payment plans.
